Shipping Policy
We aim for all orders to be delivered within 5 days of you placing your order.
We ensure to dispatch all orders on the same day if the order placed before 10:00 (noon) if ordered after 10:00, it will be dispatched the next working day.
If an order placed on a Friday afternoon, it will be dispatched on the following working day (exp. following Monday).
All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
We have two different delivery options:
- Standard delivery- 2nd Class : 3-5 working days
- Priority delivery- 1st Class : 2-3 working days
You will receive an email from us confirming when we dispatch your order.
Occasionally items can get delayed during Royal Mail's delivery process. Royal Mail aims to deliver 94% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting and 97% of 2nd Class mail within 3 working days of posting however they are unable to guarantee this service.

Do we deliver outside the UK?
No. Unfortunately we do not deliver either our honey outside the UK. Our delivery does cover anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
If your order is damaged while in transit.
If you discover your parcel has been damaged in transit (unfortunately, this could happen on rare occasions no matter how well we package your order), please be careful of any broken glass. We would recommend handling the broken jar as little as possible and wearing gloves or taking other protective measures.
In case of damage during transit, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. We will require photographic proof of the damage, this must be sent to us before we can process your request. If you are keen to dispose of the broken jar of honey as soon as possible (they can be quite a mess), please take a couple of photographs for us first.
